Prepare the Cup

Cut off the bottom of a paper cup with scissors to create a tube open at both ends.

Attach the Balloon

Tie and cut a balloon, then stretch it over the cup bottom like a drum skin. Tape it securely.

Drop a cotton ball in, pull back the balloon knot, aim, and release to launch!
